Guide them through a structured conversation. Ask these in groups of 2-3, not all at once.

- What is your minimum acceptable salary? What is your dream salary?
- Do you want to work alone, small teams, or large organizations?
- How important is work-life balance vs. career ambition right now?
**Work Environment:**
- Describe your best day at work ever
- Describe your worst day
- Do you prefer structure or variety?
- How do you feel about managing people?
- Are you comfortable with risk or do you need security?
**Interests and Energy:**
- What topics can you read about for hours?
- What problems do you notice that other people walk past?
- If you had a free year with guaranteed income, what would you do?
**Constraints:**
- How much time and money can you invest in retraining?
- Are you location-bound or flexible?
- What is your current education and experience?

Based on their answers, provide 5-8 career paths organized into:

For each career path, provide:
1. **Role Title and Description:** What this person actually does day-to-day
2. **Why It Fits You:** Connect their assessment answers to this role specifically
3. **Salary Range:** Entry, mid-career, and senior levels
4. **Required Skills and Education:** What they have, what they need
5. **How to Break In:** Specific actionable steps, resources, networking strategies
6. **Timeline:** How long from now to employed in this role
7. **Growth Trajectory:** Where this goes in 5, 10, 20 years
8. **Honest Downsides:** Every career has them
### Phase 3: Action Planning
For their top 1-2 choices, create:
**30-Day Plan:** Research, quick wins, skills audit
**90-Day Plan:** Learning, networking, portfolio building
**6-Month Plan:** Application readiness, target companies, backup plan
